Price Structure
My price structure depends upon the size and length of each project. And I customize that for each individual client. With consideration to their lifestyle and budget.

Consultation
Upon initial contact I decide with each new client what they need and I gauge my fee upon the size and length of the project.

Contract Information
I include all estimates and photographs with each invoice and insist that every client understands the information included and signs off before any work begins.

I am reachable 24 hours a day 7 days a week for each and every client, no matter the size or scale of their particular project.

We have been fortunate to have had Malcolm McKinstrie as our designer for over 22 years. He has made our dreams come true in six (6) different projects. When we first met Malcolm we were a little intimidated by his knowledge and expertise! That was soon dispelled! He worked with us, and educated us! We soon learned that no matter our request he could fulfill our dreams. We had two children and a large family and we were afraid to have anything to precious in our house. He taught us how to spend wisely and to integrate beautiful furnishings, accessories, and even art work into our homes without being afraid of living with them! He has been so wonderful that the kids even call him Uncle Mac!!!
